How long does it take to complete an order?
Custom orders take approximately 5 to 7 days to process, depending on the item purchased. We do provide express processing with next-day delivery for an additional fee.
How long is your burn time?
Our candles typically will last around 40 hours or more depending on how often you light your vessel. Remember to only keep your candle lit at a max of 4 hours.
What should I do if there is a problem with my custom order?

How long does shipping usually take?
After your order leaves the shipyard , it is usually delivered 3 to 5 days after the item is shipped.
